What is the return policy?
Christmas returns can be made until January 14th.
If you would like to return an item from your order, we offer a 14-day full refund on items sent back unworn, tags attached, in the original packaging with copy of receipt. Returns must be sent with a tracking number.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
The credit will be issued for returned items to the original order payment method. You will be notified of the refund via e-mail. Credits will not be issued for incomplete returns. Adjustments will be factored in for minimum purchase discounts or free shipping guidelines.
What can I do if my Delivery Confirmation mail piece hasn't been delivered?
The estimated delivery time for First-Class Mail® is two to three Postal business days. Since First-Class Mail does not have a tracking system, it does not provide the benefit of a guarantee like our Express Mail® service offers. Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a Confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered to the addressee's Post Office; it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream. Without a tracking system affixed to First-Class Mail, we are not able to tell you where the item is within the mail stream or when it will be delivered.
If expected First-Class Mail or Priority Mail has not arrived within five (5) Postal business days from its date of mailing, you can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) where a customer service representative will document your mail loss complaint, or you can visit the Postal Inspection Service Web site and complete a mail loss report.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally with DHL. We ship USPS for Canada order. However, we will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for orders lost or damaged in transit by the United States Postal Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Be aware that international shipping charges DO NOT include taxes or duties. We recommend you contact your countries customs office for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed with Pranajewelry.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as any duties, customs charges and taxes that were incurred. These amounts will be subtracted from your refund. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not profit on our shipping services to international customers. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
